Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CrewChat & ShiftBoard (“CrewChat”). By creating an account or joining a crew you agree to them.

1. The service

CrewChat provides real-time crew chat, shift scheduling, daily task tracking, and a live status board for small property-management and maintenance teams.

2. Accounts & roles

Managers create an organization and invite crew members. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Managers are responsible for providing the electronic monitoring notice to their crew, which CrewChat surfaces on first login.

3. Acceptable use

• Use CrewChat only for legitimate work coordination.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s data.

4. Billing

CrewChat is billed at $19 per site, per month. A site is one building or channel. The free tier includes 1 site and up to 5 crew members with no card required. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax (including New York) is calculated and added automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Data

Your use of data within CrewChat is governed by our Privacy Policy, including retention periods and the electronic monitoring notice.

6. Availability & warranty

CrewChat is provided “as is.” We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewChat disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using CrewChat at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, data is retained or deleted per the Privacy Policy.
